Tour rewards are available only to eligible participants who have successfully completed the applicable trading requirement for the specific tour shown in the Trade & Win promotion. The participant must hold a verified and active live trading account with Pipze and must satisfy all applicable KYC and promotional requirements.

Only trading activity that qualifies under the published rules of the relevant tour will be considered. Pipze may verify the participant's account, identity, trading history, and eligibility before confirming the reward.

The name on the tour booking and travel documents must match the verified identity of the eligible participant. Pipze may request valid government-issued identification before confirming or issuing the booking.

If the eligible participant is unable or unwilling to travel, Pipze is not required to transfer the reward to another person or provide a cash alternative.

The tour destination, package, travel dates, duration, hotel category, airline or transport provider, itinerary, activities, and other travel arrangements may be determined or approved by Pipze based on availability and the applicable promotional package.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the individual promotion, the participant does not have an automatic right to choose a different destination, airline, hotel, travel date, itinerary, or cash equivalent.

Once the participant qualifies, Pipze will communicate the applicable process for claiming and arranging the tour. The participant must provide the requested information within the period specified by Pipze.

Travel dates are subject to availability and may be selected or approved by Pipze. Blackout dates, peak-season restrictions, airline availability, hotel availability, or other operational limitations may apply.

Failure to provide the required information within the stated period may result in the tour reward being forfeited.

The participant is solely responsible for holding a valid passport, visa, entry permit, vaccination certificate, travel insurance, or any other document required for the destination and applicable transit countries, unless expressly stated otherwise by Pipze.

Pipze does not guarantee that a visa or entry permission will be granted. If the participant is unable to travel because of visa refusal, an invalid or expired passport, immigration restrictions, or missing travel documents, the reward may be treated as forfeited.

Where included in the applicable tour package, Pipze may arrange or pay for the specified flights, accommodation, transfers, and activities. The exact airline, flight schedule, hotel, room type, transport provider, and itinerary may vary from promotional images or examples.

Any changes required because of availability, operational requirements, airline schedules, hotel availability, weather, government restrictions, or other circumstances may be made by Pipze or its travel partners without creating a right to compensation or a cash alternative.

If the qualifying tour package includes travel for a companion or additional person, the number of travelers and eligibility of the companion will be determined by the specific tour package.

The qualifying participant cannot replace the eligible winner with another primary traveler. Where a companion is permitted, Pipze may require the companion's details and documents in advance and may impose additional conditions or costs for any services outside the included package.

The tour reward must be claimed within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date the participant is notified of eligibility, unless a different period is expressly stated for the specific promotion.

Eligibility does not automatically constitute a confirmed travel booking. The reward becomes confirmed only after Pipze verifies the participant's eligibility and the required booking and travel information has been accepted.

If the participant cancels, fails to provide required documents, does not appear for scheduled travel, misses a required departure, or otherwise becomes unable to use the tour, Pipze may treat the reward as forfeited.

Once a booking has been confirmed, changes requested by the participant may be subject to airline, hotel, travel-agent, supplier, or administrative charges. Such charges may be payable by the participant.

Pipze may, where reasonably necessary, reschedule or modify the booking because of supplier availability, operational requirements, travel restrictions, weather, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Only the items expressly included in the applicable tour package are covered by Pipze. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the participant is responsible for personal spending, meals not included in the package, room upgrades, excess baggage, airport or hotel incidentals, local transportation outside the itinerary, travel insurance, visa fees, passport fees, and other personal expenses.

Any applicable taxes, duties, government charges, tourism fees, or other statutory costs that are not expressly included in the tour package may be the responsibility of the participant.

Pipze reserves the right to disqualify a participant and cancel the tour reward if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the participant has engaged in:

• Manipulation, fraud, collusion, or any activity intended to artificially generate qualifying trading volume;
• Use of multiple accounts, false identity, inaccurate KYC information, or other methods intended to obtain more than one reward;
• Prohibited trading behaviour or abuse of the promotional rules;
• Any other conduct that Pipze reasonably considers inconsistent with the purpose or fair use of the promotion.

Pipze may verify qualifying activity before or after a reward is confirmed. Its decision regarding eligibility and reward entitlement under this clause is final and binding, subject to applicable law.

The participant is responsible for complying with the laws, immigration rules, health requirements, safety requirements, and instructions applicable in the destination and transit locations.

Pipze is not responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, denied boarding, border restrictions, natural disasters, epidemics, political events, strikes, airline or hotel failures, government actions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Where possible, Pipze may work with its travel partners to provide an alternative arrangement.

Pipze reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Trade & Win promotion, including qualifying targets, tour packages, destinations, booking process, or reward availability, where permitted by applicable law.

Pipze may also substitute a tour or travel package with another reward of comparable value where the original arrangement becomes unavailable or impractical. No cash alternative is guaranteed unless expressly stated in the applicable promotion.

• The tour reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated otherwise.
• The eligible participant must travel under the same verified identity used to qualify for the promotion.
• Participation in the promotion does not exempt the client from Pipze's standard Terms of Business, Risk Disclosure, AML/KYC policy, or other applicable policies.
• By participating, the client agrees that Pipze may use their name, photographs, testimonials, and submitted travel or social-media content for promotional purposes where permitted by applicable law and subject to any required consent.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the operating terms of Pipze Market Limited. In case of any dispute regarding interpretation of these terms, the decision of Pipze management shall be final, subject to applicable law.
