Participation in the Trade & Win promotion ("the Offer") is open only to clients who hold a verified, active live trading account with Pipze and have successfully completed KYC verification. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where this Offer, trading, or the promotion itself is restricted or prohibited by local law.

Only one entry per client, per trading account, per household, and per unique identification document is permitted. Employees, staff, IBs' internal teams, and immediate family members of Pipze personnel are not eligible to participate.

Any client who is currently enrolled in, or holds an active balance under, another bonus or promotional scheme — including but not limited to a Tradable Bonus, Loosable Bonus, or Withdrawable Bonus — will not be eligible to participate in Trade & Win.

Clients must exit or fully forfeit any conflicting bonus offer before they can qualify to take part in this promotion.

• Only lots traded from the official launch date of the Offer will be counted. Lots traded before the launch date will not contribute towards the target.
• Only the participant's own traded lots are counted. Lots traded by any sub-IB, downline client, or referred client will not be considered towards the participant's own qualifying volume.
• Only standard closed-trade volume on live trading accounts is counted. Trades placed on demo accounts, or using bonus/credit funds where the underlying equity does not belong to the client, are excluded.
• Lots generated through prohibited trading behaviour (see Clause 11) will be excluded, and Pipze reserves the right to recalculate qualifying volume accordingly.

Once a participant becomes eligible for a reward under this Offer (i.e. the required lot target is achieved), the reward must be claimed within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of eligibility. Claims submitted after this window will be treated as forfeited, and no extension, exception, or alternate reward will be issued.

The delivery address provided at the time of claim must be accurate, complete, and reachable. Pipze and its logistics partners bear no responsibility for delays or failed delivery arising from an incorrect or incomplete address.

All delivery, shipping, and courier charges associated with dispatching the reward to the participant's address shall be borne entirely by the client. Pipze reserves the right to collect this cost prior to dispatch.

In the event that a physical product received under this Offer is found to be defective, damaged, or faulty, no return, replacement, or refund will be provided by Pipze. Rewards under this promotion are provided on an "as-is" basis.

Pipze reserves the right to withhold or reverse the reward if this requirement is not fulfilled within a reasonable time after delivery.

Images used to display or advertise a product/reward under this Offer are for marketing and illustrative purposes only. The actual product delivered is not required to be identical to the image shown, and may vary in colour, packaging, model, or minor specification.

Rewards under Trade & Win may include, without limitation, physical products, coupons, vouchers, trading credits, or any other item as decided by Pipze from time to time. Each individual reward carries its own specific terms and conditions, published alongside that reward, which apply in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Pipze reserves the right to disqualify any participant, void accumulated lots, and/or reclaim an already-dispatched reward if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the participant has engaged in:

• Arbitrage, latency exploitation, or any other abusive trading strategy designed to generate lot volume without genuine market risk;
• Internal/opposite-direction hedging across linked accounts (same or associated IB group) with the sole purpose of inflating qualifying volume;
• Use of multiple accounts, false identity, or manipulated KYC information to claim more than one reward;
• Any other form of manipulation, collusion, or fraud in connection with this Offer.

Pipze's decision on eligibility, disqualification, and reward entitlement under this clause is final and binding.

Any applicable customs duty, import tax, VAT, or other statutory levy arising from delivery of a reward shall be the sole responsibility of the participant. Pipze is not liable for any legal, tax, or regulatory consequence arising from a participant's receipt of a reward in their jurisdiction.

Pipze reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Trade & Win promotion, in whole or in part — including qualifying lot targets, reward catalogue, or claim process — at any time. Pipze shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such changes, including delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure) such as courier disruption, natural disaster, or regulatory restriction.

• Rewards under this Offer are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternate reward unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• A participant may only hold one active, unclaimed eligibility under Trade & Win at any given time.
• Participation in this Offer does not exempt the client from Pipze's standard Terms of Business, Risk Disclosure, and AML/KYC policy, all of which continue to apply in full.
• By participating, the client consents to Pipze using their name, trading activity (in aggregate/anonymised form), and submitted social media content for promotional purposes.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the operating terms of Pipze Market Limited. In case of any dispute regarding interpretation of these terms, the decision of Pipze management shall be final.
